ABOUT ME
My name is Nastasya Andriadze, I am a psychologist and a practicing Gestalt therapist.
I believe that every person deserves healthy and harmonious relationships, and most of my work with people is focused in this direction.
Psychotherapy helps to cultivate care and concern for oneself, resolve life's problems, find new personal meanings, understand one's desires and find ways to move towards them.
I believe in ecological therapeutic cooperation that can help people regain their inner freedom.
WHAT I WORK WITH
WORK FORMAT
I run a private psychological practice for adults - this is individual psychotherapy and family counseling in collaboration with a co-therapist.

In person
I work in Moscow, I regularly receive clients on Tuesdays in person in the office and can consider other days by agreement. I myself love comfort and convenience, so I choose clean and cozy premises for our meetings within walking distance of metro stations in the city center.

Online
I started my practice at the very beginning of the pandemic, so it is not difficult for me to maintain a remote format, and for many it is an opportunity to find their psychologist in another city or country. I am responsible for high-quality technical support for the meeting, I work in Zoom, GoogleMeet.
HOW DO WE GET THROUGH THIS?
THIS IS POSSIBLE
HOW DO WE GET THROUGH THIS?
Together with colleagues from the NeTerpi center (help for victims of violence), I wrote a book, «How Can We Survive This» (Bombora Publishing House), about experiencing acute stress and shock trauma in dramatically changed life circumstances. The book contains the main topics that our fellow citizens and we have encountered. Here, everyone will find something important for themselves: from a set of useful self-help techniques and words of support, to hope, which we all lack so much.
THIS IS POSSIBLE
Another book published by "There is a Meaning", in the release of which I participated as a scientific editor. The goal of this book is to help people notice, recognize, understand and overcome the consequences of emotional abuse in their lives, can be used as a workbook with homework.
